.....thank you for all the help you gave me, for believing in me and for working so hard to make such a good sale happen.  My only regret is that we didn't meet years ago, I think we might have been able to be good friends.  You have such warmth and strenghth and kindness and humanity that it has been an honor knowing you for even the short time that we had....

.......The successful managemnent of Silver Pine Real Estate is an example of her commitment to her profession as a real estate broker.

In addition her commitment has embraced our non-profit organization's desire to create Connecticut's first transitional housing program for female Veterans who are homeless. Our organization's mission is to provide housing and supportive services to homeless individuals who are primarily Veterans.  Currently, we operate Homes for the Brave, which is a transitional housing program for homeless male Veterans.  Together, Shalini and I are plannig and developing a similar facility to house our homeless female Veterans.  Her business expertise in the real esatate market arena has been invaluable.  In addition, Shalini has managed to engage various community organizations to support our efforts both on a monetary and voluntary basis so that our goal to open this facility in July 2011 can be a reality.  Her passion and support for our service members in the armed forces is commendable....

Over the past two and a half years my husband and I have tried in vain to find suitable housing, that is, until we were put in touch with Shalini Madaras this past September. Although the first house we found with Shalini ended up inexplicably not being ours, she worked with us tirelessly to find a home that worked with my husband’s special needs as a disabled veteran. Shalini’s relentless search helped us to find a house to rent soon afterwards. When the landlord became untenable Shalini took up our cause once again. Her dedication, professionalism and commitment helped us move into a new home on 27 March.

Having spent two years searching before finding Shalini, only to have landlords either turn their backs or never call back because of my husband’s status as a disabled veteran; it was a great relief and pleasure to have her on our side. Shalini witnessed the treatment we had been getting with the first house she helped us find and from that day forward she was committed to vetting the landlord for us as best as possible. To that end Shalini did her best to make sure, before we even went to look at a property, that our situation was known thus saving us time and heartache. Due in no small part to Shalini’s diligence, our new landlord chose our offer over two others and we were finally able have a home which accommodates all of my husband’s therapy needs.

We are very proud to know Shalini, a woman of ethics who goes above and beyond to do what is right and help others. In any property matter we will certainly call Shalini first and will happily recommend her to anyone we know who can use her expertise.

I believe that God sends angels to live among us and Shalini is definitely one of these angels. We are blessed and honored to know her and now, call her friend

......I have been doing business with Shalini since 2002.  She has represented me in several purchases and sales of real estate.  I continue to have her represent my interests and will indefinitely as it has been a pleasure to work with her.  She presently has listings of my properties.  She has shown herself to be a complete professional with an amazing amount of patience, energy, skill, know how and overall winning personality.  I have gotten to know her personally over the years and have found her to be a good friend, and a real leader in our community.  She has given of herself generously in efforts for Veterans and other programs.

"Silver Pine Real Estate came highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Shalini provided unequaled personal attention to every detail. She created a beautiful slide show of our home and personally showed our home to every interested party, bringing in multiple offers which were close to our asking price.

We had not experienced this level of expertise and personal service in our previous dealings with realtors.  Even with this difficult economy and crowded market, she accomplished the task of selling our house and was a pleasure to work with".

"..In the fall of 2010, as power of attorney for an individual no longer competent, I sought to list for sale several properties which the inidvidual owned in Weston and Westport, CT. Inasmuch as I am located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and managing the sale of the properties, as well as preparing them for sale.  After examining credentials and portfolios of several real estate agencies, I elected to engage Silver Pine Realty and, in particular Shalini Madaras, to list the properties.

At the time I engaged Ms. Madaras, I found her to be not only competent but very conscientious in her duties and responsibilities.  On many occasions, she went beyond the call of duty in looking after the properties, taking care of needed clean-ups, and cosmetic items that had to be done in order to place the properties in a condition that would enable us to receive the highest possible value. One particular property, as a result of her efforts, resulted in receiving a sale price substantially more than what was originally anticipated.  The entire experience was not only profitable to the individual property owner but, through her efforts, I was able to consummate the sale of two properties without ever having to travel to Connecticut in order to do so.  I most certainly recommend her and the company to anyone interested in listing and marketing their real estate property".
